Terms & Conditions

Discounted Management fees for 12 months

For a limited time only, we are offering 12 months of our Full Management rental service at a considerable discount. Specific discount depends on property value and subject to discussion on site during valuation.
 
The special offer is subject to the following:
 
1. Service commencing prior to 21st December 2024
2. Permission for us to erect a “To Let” and/or “Let & Managed” sign subject to managing agent and local authority acceptance.
3. Allowing Reids Property to continue managing the tenancy for the second year either with the existing tenant or a new one. The following 12 month period will be charged at a competitive discounted rate of which again will be agreed at point of signing up.
Should you not require our service for the second year, there will be a small administrative fee of either £499 or two weeks equivalent of the most recent rent, whichever the greater. 
4. Property location must be within 10 miles of “BR6 9”.
If a property is further afield, this can be considered on a case by case basis.
5. There is a £175 fee to cover the cost of the following pre-tenancy aspects:

2. Inventory & condition report
3. Right to rent checks
4. Lodging of tenants deposit
5. Tenancy agreement
6. Signage
7. Rightmove / onthemarket portal marketing
 
Please note: Gas safety certificate, EICR Electrical Report and Energy Performance Certificate not included.
